Our structure
The core of Hedgefox will consist of an editorial office, a group of subject editors, individual authors, and our advisory board:
Editorial office
The editorial office will include members with academic and with journalistic experience.
Subject editors
The editorial office is supported by a team of volunteer subject editors. Their areas of specialization cover a range of disciplines in the humanities and social sciences.
When Hedgefox receives an article proposal, it is checked by the editorial office. If necessary, it is then forwarded anonymously to a suitable subject editor for review.
Individual authors
The editorial office will contact individual experts whose specialization is relevant to current public discussions and ask them to share their expertise in the form of a one-off contribution for Hedgefox. Experts are also welcome to submit proposals on their own initiative, of course.
We will publish articles by humanities and social science researchers working at universities and other research institutions. We would like to work with colleagues at all stages of their academic careers – from PhD candidates to lecturers, professors, and retired faculty members.
Advisory board
Our Advisory board advises us and helps us reach our goals.
